Club Teatro Barceló
Restaurant & Bar | Barcellona-
The private part of the second floor of the Barceló Theatre, popularly known as ‘El Cielo’, was one of the meeting points for the ‘Movida’. While respecting the rationalist style of this building, designed by the architect Luis Gutiérrez Soto in 1930, the studio has designed a simple yet luxurious space that is notable for its symmetry and the nobility of the materials used. The black wooden roof contrasts with the floor’s large marble slabs and the two raised bars that define one of the two axes. The pink copper columns and the furniture (unique pieces from the Cuarto Interior Collection) add warmth and complement the carefully designed lighting.
